8.1. Definition of Inactive Account: An Account shall be designated as an “Inactive Account” upon remaining devoid of any activity, including logins, deposits, withdrawals, or wagers, for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months.

8.2. Administrative Procedures: The Company retains the authority to apply an administrative charge to Inactive Accounts and to effectuate the closure of said accounts in compliance with its established internal regulations.

9.1. All monetary deposits must originate from a financial instrument wherein the user is the verified account holder.
